About the role You'll manage and grow a portfolio of SME clients, focusing on renewals and providing expert advice on a range of general insurance products. What we're looking for 1. 1 year experience in a similar role in insurance, banking and finance. 2. Individuals with a strong track record in sales or client acquisition across various industries. 3. Adaptability and ability to work in high volume & high paced environment. 4. Willingness to complete Tier 1 – Insurance Broking qualification (Gallagher supported). 5. Demonstrated problem solving skills. 6. Effective communication skills. What you'll get
