Whether it’s a small fridge or walk-in unit, we help fridgies keep it cool.About the roleAs part of the Trade Counter team in Port Melbourne, you’ll help engineers, project managers and other tradespeople access the products they need to maintain essential services, as well as undertaking other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly.Your day-to-dayA typical day will involve:Providing customer service and information about productsProviding quotes both in person and over the phoneUndertaking pick packing and stock control activitiesHelping keep the branch tidy and safeMaking occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicleWe’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phoneMight not have experience in this space, but is willing to learnCan pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurateCan use a computer and is happy to learn new systemsHas a clean valid driver’s licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekendsWants to develop their career
