Food & Beverage Supervisor – Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support Food & Beverage team members to deliver outstanding service
- Oversee daily restaurant and event operations
- Manage cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers
- Assist with staff rostering and scheduling
- Train and onboard new employees in line with Hyatt standards
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and OHS requirements
- Support the implementation of Hyatt brand standards and service excellence About You – Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a fast‑paced 5‑star hotel restaurant environment
- Minimum 2 years of section waiter experience
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Valid Victorian RSA certificate
- Solid customer service skills
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving ability, and a can‑do mindset
