About the Role Reporting directly to senior leadership, the Operations Manager will oversee daily operations across multiple sites, ensuring maintenance and administrative functions are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. You’ll lead and support teams, improve operational systems and processes, manage stakeholder relationships, and help drive the next stage of AMG’s growth. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing people leadership, operational performance, and customer service excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage day-to-day operational activities across multiple states. Oversee maintenance scheduling, workflow coordination, and operational performance. Support, mentor, and develop teams to foster a positive, safety-focused workplace culture. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and service delivery. Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Manage operational resources, planning, and compliance requirements. Support budgeting, reporting, stock management, and project coordination activities. Ensure all operations are delivered in line with workplace safety and compliance standards. About You To succeed in this role, you will bring: Previous experience in operations management, aviation, mechanical maintenance, or related industries. Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement. Understanding of workplace safety, operational compliance, and business performance management. The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a cooperative team environment.
