This is a Monday to Friday position where you’ll work closely with a highly experienced Senior Property Manager, gaining hands‑on experience and mentorship in a fast‑paced, rewarding workplace. - Conduct routine inspections and entry condition reports
- Handle tenant enquiries with professionalism and care
- Manage leasing duties including new business leasing and lease renewals
- Coordinate and support the full leasing process from enquiry through to lease signing

- Previous experience in real estate or property management – Ideal but not a deal breaker!
- A current Certificate IV in Property Services
- A reliable car and valid driver’s licence
