Property Manager - Altona Meadows! (Melbourne)

Ready to step into a role where everything is set up properly and you can just do your job well? This is a great opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a clean, organised portfolio within a supportive, down-to-earth team. The Role
- Portfolio: ~190 well-maintained properties
- Location: Altona Meadows (local knowledge a bonus)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Weekend Work: 2 weekends per month (rostered inspections)

- Running your portfolio end-to-end with confidence
- Routine, entry, exit & open for inspections
- Managing arrears, rent reviews & lease renewals
- Coordinating maintenance (with reliable trades!)
- Advertising properties & processing applications
- Setting up new tenants, landlords & properties
- Handling bonds from start to finish
- Building solid relationships with landlords & tenants
- Representing at VCAT when required Systems You’ll Use

- Clean portfolio = less chaos, more control
- Can do BDM if you like but not expected
