Location: Melbourne Northcote Job Type: full time or part time (minimum 15 hours per week) Salary: $45,000-$65,000 annual package, or $25-$35 per hour+super We are a growing garment alteration business committed to delivering high-quality services and excellent customer experiences. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual to manage customer relations and order processing. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with their alteration needs.
- Take accurate measurements and record detailed alteration specifications.
- Provide cost estimates and issue receipts.
- Organise and label garments for processing.
- Communicate with customers about order status and handle inquiries or complaints.
- Communicate with sewing specialists about order information.
- Manage payment collection and ensure accuracy. Requirements
- At least 1 year in fashion retail/ alteration business
- Fashion design and garment pattern making background preferred.
- Solid communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for cost estimation.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus. Advantages
