You will work closely with experienced Project Managers, Contract Administrators and Site Managers while building practical capability aligned to your long‑term career pathway. Responsibilities
- Cost planning and estimating
- Tender submissions
- Project start‑up and construction delivery
- Contract administration
- Site supervision
- Health, Safety & Setting
- Quality Management
- Design and project coordination
- Project handover and defects management
- Support project teams with coordination, documentation and stakeholder communication
- Assist with subcontractor administration, cost tracking and reporting
- Participate in site safety walks, inductions and compliance processes
- Support design coordination and consultant engagement
- Contribute to procurement and engagement with Indigenous suppliers
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors Qualifications
- Aboriginal and or Torres Strait Islander identity
- Studying or recently completed a qualification relating to Building & Construction
- Willingness to learn
- A proactive attitude and genuine interest in construction
