- Access to our premium recovery and wellness space About the Role We are seeking a driven, energetic coach to join our Kew team, with opportunities to collaborate across both Kew and Heidelberg. Hours 20–30 hours per week Availability Monday to Saturday (mornings + afternoons) Start Immediate Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality group strength & conditioning sessions with confidence and presence
- Uphold coaching, brand, and floor standards every session
- Engage with trials, new members, and the wider community
- Support, mentor, and collaborate with other coaches
- Work closely with management on retention, growth, and member experience
- Contribute to a positive, high‑energy gym culture that members feel connected to Who You Are
- A strong, engaging coach with excellent communication and floor presence
- Passionate about fitness, coaching, and helping people achieve real results
- Professional, reliable, and committed to your own development

- you want to make an impact Qualifications & Experience
- Cert IV in Fitness (or higher)
- Level 1 Strength & Conditioning (preferred)
- Current First Aid
- Minimum 2 years coaching experience (attitude and passion matter most)
- Strong knowledge of training principles, equipment, and exercise science What You’ll Gain
