Senior Consultant - Workday Certified Finance (Melbourne)

As a Functional Consultant specialising in Workday, you play a critical role in configuring, implementing and supporting Workday solutions tailored to the needs of our clients. About The Role In this role, you will: Undertake requirements gathering sessions with clients to understand their business processes. Configure and implement Workday solutions according to client specifications. Provide guidance and training to clients on Workday functionalities and develop system documentation and training materials. Work with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data migration and offer post-implementation support to ensure client satisfaction. Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimisation within the client environment. What You Bring We Are Looking For Individuals With A minimum of two (2) year demonstrated experience working as a Functional Consultant with Workday, with a proven track record of successful Workday implementations. Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship building skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Adaptable and collaborative and able to assist other team members when required. Workday Certification(s) Highly Regarded Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
