Position Summary We are seeking a highly curious, data-driven Customer Development Executive to accelerate growth within Chemist Warehouse. This 12‑month contract role is pivotal in driving omnichannel execution and building brand penetration through the ACPL framework (Awareness, Consideration, Purchase, and Loyalty). Playing a key role in the Customer Development team, this position is responsible for the execution of a truly omnichannel business plan. Utilizing strong analytical skills to gain insights, the CDE role provides support to Pharmacy CDT in the following areas: Responsibilities
- Strategic Execution & Planning
- Lead the execution of high-priority strategic projects and key business growth drivers.
- Deliver seamless omnichannel integration plans with Chemist Warehouse.
- Partner with Category Managers, Commercial Strategy, and Retail Execution teams to align retail execution with broader business goals.
- Data & Predictive Analytics
- Manage the Atlas platform and lead predictive forecasting to optimise promotional planning.
- Translate complex data and analytics into tangible customer growth strategies and commercial plans.
- Proactively identify knowledge gaps and market trends to brief the wider Commercial team.
- Act as a trusted partner to Chemist Warehouse, ensuring business objectives are met.
- Own forecasting responsibilities and provide predictive analytics to support decision‑making.
- Implement big‑bet strategic imperatives in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
