Learn more about us and what we do at aware.com.au Your New Role We’re looking for a Retirement Administration (Enjoy) Consultant to join our Member Engagement Value Stream, supporting members who are transitioning into retirement or already enjoying it. In this role, you’ll provide end‑to‑end administration and case management for retirement income products, ensuring members receive accurate, timely and empathetic service at a pivotal life stage. You’ll work closely with internal teams including Advice, Member & Adviser Help Services, Business Development and regional offices, contributing to seamless member experiences and continuous improvement. Please note this role is an 11‑month max term contract opportunity. Some responsibilities include:
- Retirement (TTR) and Term Allocated Pensions (TAP)
- Manage complex member requests, exceptions and queries through to resolution
- Provide general advice to members and support the implementation of advice strategies (within accreditation scope)
- Ensure compliance with superannuation legislation, policies and business rules
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and support risk, compliance and incident management processes
- Identify opportunities to improve processes using operational excellence tools How do you exceed our expectations?

- Proven experience in financial services, ideally within superannuation or retirement products
- Required RG146 compliant in superannuation
- Desirably a certificate IV in Superannuation (ASFA 100) or Diploma of Superannuation Administration
- Strong knowledge of superannuation and tax legislation (ATO, ASIC, APRA)
- Proven ability to manage complex cases with accuracy and care
- A genuine, member‑first mindset with ethical decision‑making
