With a strong client base, supportive leadership team, and a collaborative environment, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Adviser looking to continue developing their career in a stable and professional setting.

About the Opportunity

This role will suit an Adviser with a strong foundation in holistic financial planning who enjoys building long-term client relationships and delivering quality strategic advice. You’ll work closely with senior advisers and support staff across a broad range of advice areas including:

- Superannuation advice
- SMSF strategies and structures
- Insurance advice
- Investment portfolio advice
- Cash flow and wealth strategies
- Limited Recourse Borrowing Arrangements (LRBAs) While SMSF knowledge is important, you do not need to be a specialist. The business has strong technical capability internally and offers ongoing collaboration and support. Importantly, there is no expectation to bring a client book — you’ll be supported with existing clients and referral opportunities from within the business.

About You To be successful, you will ideally have:

- Completed Professional Year (PY)
- 3–4 years’ experience within financial planning
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A client-first mindset and genuine relationship-building ability
- A motivated and skilled approach
- Solid understanding of holistic financial advice principles
- Exposure to SMSFs and wealth structures What’s on Offer
