- Coordinate clinical and research activities: manage appointments, patient queries, and project schedules, ensuring efficient clinic operations.
- Provide comprehensive support: arrange meetings, seminars, conferences; manage project documentation and expense reporting.
- Facilitate communication: liaise with senior academics, hospital executives, stakeholders; prepare correspondence and monitor meeting actions.
- Manage travel arrangements: coordinate travel for Professors and senior team members, develop schedules and briefing materials. Qualifications and Experience
- Experienced administrative professional with excellent organisational and communication skills, capable of supporting senior executives in a energetic research environment.
- Tertiary degree or extensive experience in an administrative field.
- Experience working with senior executives and handling sensitive information.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills; able to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with database programs.
- Experience coordinating medical clinics and managing patient billing.
- High level of self‑motivation, resilience, and commitment to client‑focused service. Benefits
