How it works You’ll start with routine inspections and condition reports — no portfolio pressure, no being thrown in the deep end. When team members are on leave, you’ll step in to cover portfolios. Over time the role will naturally expand into a full time PM position with your own portfolio. Initial responsibilities

- Managing your own residential portfolio
- Building landlord and tenant relationships
- Arrears management and lease renewals
- Coordinating maintenance and contractor communication
- Ensuring compliance with current legislation and procedures
- Full day-to-day property management responsibilities Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential property management
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
