Paid Digital Junior Executive (Melbourne)

Media33 is looking for a Junior Digital Performance Executive to join our growing digital team. This role is suited to someone with around 1 year of paid media or digital marketing experience who’s ready for the next step
- someone who enjoys the world of digital performance but is looking for broader exposure, stronger mentoring and more opportunity to grow across channels. You may currently be in a coordinator or junior role and wanting more hands‑on involvement, more ownership, and the chance to learn from experienced Google and Meta specialists within a collaborative agency environment. At Media33, you’ll support the delivery of campaigns across Google Ads and broader paid media activity while building your capability across Paid Search, Paid Social, analytics, reporting and digital strategy. We’re looking for someone proactive, curious and eager to learn

What You’ll Be Doing Supporting the setup and optimisation of paid media campaigns Assisting with Google Ads, PMAX and performance reporting Working with senior team members to identify campaign insights and optimisation opportunities Supporting campaign pacing, tracking and administration Assisting with client reporting and performance updates Gaining exposure across Paid Social, Programmatic and broader digital media channels over time Learning how campaigns are managed against client KPIs and commercial objectives This role is designed to give someone early in their career strong foundational development across performance media and digital marketing. What We’re Looking For Around 1 year experience in paid media, digital marketing or campaign coordination Basic understanding of Google Ads or paid media platforms Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Positive attitude with strong organisational skills Someone proactive who enjoys working in a team environment Genuine interest in digital performance, media and marketing Interest in health, sport, lifestyle or retail brands is a bonus Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok, Google Analytics or reporting platforms is helpful, but not essential.
