Job Overview ASPHALT CREW MEMBERS: Join Australia's Leading Sustainable Materials Supplier. We are looking for casual Asphalt Crew Members to join our Asphalt team. Seeking candidates for our south‑eastern site bases, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the efficiency of one of AlexFraser’s paving crews placing asphalt for our customers around Melbourne's suburbs. Compensation & Benefits
- Between $31
- $40 per hour (pending experience/tickets)
- 25% casual loading on all hours + super
- Prospect to upskill

- Ongoing training and development Key Responsibilities Assist in laying and finishing asphalt on site, operating heavy construction machinery such as pavers, rollers, and skid steers, and supporting the paving crew to complete projects efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards. Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a current Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Hold an HR licence (highly advantageous)
- Enjoy working outdoors in a team environment
- Flexible with finish times
- Strong commitment to safety Preferred Experience
