Moon Dog has been offering an exciting, unique brand of hospitality at the Marvel Stadium concourse since November****, providing top‑quality food, beverages and entertainment to patrons. “Doglands” consists of a large event space open for Marvel events and private functions, plus a 70‑seat restaurant/bar, “The Jungle Room,” open seven days a week for elevated dining. We’re Hiring – Sous Chef As an experienced Sous Chef, you will join our kitchen team to deliver delicious, elevated dishes in the restaurant, pub classics on Marvel event days, and function food for private events. You will bring your experience in quick‑paced, high‑volume kitchens to help Moon Dog Doglands become one of the best places to eat in the South‑East. Benefits

- Support the Head Chef to create and execute the menu
- Ensure all chefs maintain food hygiene and safety standards
- Show culinary talent during service
- Perform administrative tasks including ordering, rostering and managing food costs
- Lead people management, support and train the team Qualifications
- Minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience
- Proven leadership to drive the kitchen team and collaborate with the floor team to produce amazing food
- Well‑developed communication and time‑management skills
- Working knowledge of HACCP procedures and ability to train colleagues in these procedures
