Maintenance Preparation Coordinator (Melbourne)

As a Maintenance Preparation Coordinator, you will play a key role in keeping critical assets running smoothly by planning and preparing maintenance activities. You will gain valuable exposure across operations, maintenance, and stakeholder management, making this an excellent chance to broaden your skillset and build your career. Based out of our Glen Waverley depot, this is a hybrid role offering a mix of office and work-from-home flexibility. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate maintenance work packs (materials, resources, documentation)
- Liaise with engineering, operations, and field teams
- Maintain accurate records in SAP and other systems
- Support outage planning and execution

- Proven experience in maintenance, administration, coordination, or as a technician within utilities, infrastructure, or a similar industry
- Strong ERP/system skills with a tech-savvy approach (SAP desirable)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders
