Graphic Designer + E-Commerce Creative (Melbourne)

Graphic Designer + E-Commerce Creative (Hybrid Part Time → Full Time) We’re looking for a highly capable graphic designer/content creative to join Stickeroo — an Australian sticker printing company that’s growing fast and constantly building new things. This is not a “sit and wait for tasks” design role. We want someone proactive, commercially minded and genuinely excited by branding, e-commerce, content creation and building a modern online brand. This is a hybrid role with a mix of remote and in-person work. You’ll work across:
- Shopify website updates + design improvements
- Product launches and mockups
- Social media content + ads
- Packaging/product branding concepts
- Marketing graphics and landing pages
- EDM graphics and promotional campaigns
- Creating new ideas and improving existing systems
- Using modern tools and technology to improve workflow efficiency and research You’ll fit in well if you:
- Are self-sufficient and take ownership
- Have strong design taste and attention to detail
- Understand e-commerce and what actually converts
- Are comfortable working quickly and independently
- Enjoy figuring things out without needing constant direction
- Like experimenting, researching and trying new tools
- Have a good grasp of Shopify and modern online brands
- Can balance creativity with commercial thinking
- Have robust work ethic and pride in your work Bonus points if you:
- Have experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and Shopify
- Understand print production/design setup
- Have experience with sticker, packaging or product branding
- Use AI and modern tools to assist with research, workflow efficiency and idea exploration
