SA, Williamstown Jubilee Caravan Park – Williamstown Be part of an energetic and growing team Adaptable work conditions The Role We're looking for a Guest Services Officer to join our friendly team across our beautiful sites in Williamstown, Mt Pleasant and Murray Caravan Parks. The role includes cleaning cabins and amenities as well as general grounds maintenance. Hands on role. Responsibilities
- Customer Service – ensuring high quality guest experience for all park users
- Cleaning (primary responsibility)
- Administrative tasks – computer literacy is essential
- Gardening – occasional outdoor work You'll often work independently, so being energetic, friendly, reliable, and able to think on your feet is key. Hours & Flexibility Typical shifts: 9/10am
- 5pm; some shorter cleaning-only shifts may be available. Approx 2 days a week (but will vary), or equivalent fortnightly for the right candidate. Typical days between Wednesday and Sunday. Wages Wages based on Tourism Level II Award; loading applies. Essential Qualifications
- First Aid Level 2
- Current CPR
- National Police Check clearance upon onboarding
