Portfolio Accounting Analyst – Real Assets The Focus Of The Role: This is a hands on accounting role within a high quality financial services platform, supporting a diversified portfolio of real asset investments. You will take ownership of core reporting while working closely with front office and operational teams. A key part of the role is identifying inefficiencies, improving processes, and helping evolve how the accounting function supports a growing and increasingly complex portfolio. What's On Offer

- Preparation of monthly management accounts with explicit, value add commentary on balance sheet and P&L; movements
- Ownership of balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring integrity across portfolio structures
- Support investor and statutory reporting requirements
- Assist with tax reporting including BAS, fund payments, and income tax returns
- Partner closely with stakeholders across investments, development, and operations
- Identify process gaps and inefficiencies across reporting and workflows
- Drive improvements to month end processes, reconciliations, and reporting outputs
- Contribute to automation, standardisation, and better use of systems
- Support broader business improvement initiatives across accounting and operations
- Support onboarding and transition of current assets, developments, and capital projects
- Deliver ad hoc analysis and reporting for senior stakeholders The Ideal Profile
- Experience within fund, property, or portfolio accounting
- Exposure to real assets, property, or infrastructure is highly regarded
- CA or CPA qualified or working towards
- Robust technical accounting capability and attention to detail
- Proven experience improving processes, not just operating within them
- Curious mindset with a willingness to challenge and improve existing ways of working
