Qualifications Demonstrated management experience in the hospitality industry and strong commercial acumen. Ability to translate direction into action, lead, inspire and support crew to be at their best each day. Commit to continuous improvement and champion the customer experience. Knowledge of employee relations fundamentals, such as interpreting awards, is highly regarded. Strong multitasking skills and thrive in a rapid‑paced environment.
