You'll manage a mix of calls, emails, and service requests, working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders. This role is designed to build your capability across multiple business areas, with opportunities to move into sales, key accounts, and higher-stakes portfolios over time. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries
- Manage high-volume email and call queues
- Resolve service issues and coordinate solutions; maintain customer accounts and accurate data records
- Engage customers to support retention and identify opportunities
