Role Description This role combines day-to-day operations management with technical support and leadership in the field. The position will involve coordinating schedules, supporting installers, conducting occasional site visits, and helping ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. You’ll work closely with our office team, installers, and contractors to assist with workflow coordination, stock management, and general project oversight. A key part of the role is providing technical support to the team, troubleshooting service or warranty issues when required, and ensuring installations meet industry and compliance standards. Qualifications
- Qualified A Grade Electrician
- SAA Solar & Battery Accreditation
- Experience within the solar or renewable energy industry
- Robust organisational and time management skills
- Experience coordinating schedules and managing day-to-day operations
- Ability to support and lead field teams when required
- Solid problem-solving and communication skills
- Confidence working with suppliers, contractors, and customers
