Job Summary The Internal Enablement Specialist is responsible for ensuring internal teams are effectively enabled to perform their roles through structured learning, resources, and ongoing capability uplift. This role works closely with the External Enablement team, leveraging externally developed assets where appropriate, and translating them into internal‑ready enablement that supports internal teams across sales, implementation, client success, and other client‑facing or operational functions. Responsibilities
- Own and deliver internal enablement programs that ensure teams are confident, capable, and ready to execute their roles effectively.
- Translate business priorities, product changes, and process updates into clear, practical enablement aligned to internal needs.
- Partner with Product, Growth (Sales, Implementation, Customer Success), and Operations to support internal readiness for launches and enhancements.
- Reinforce change management principles to drive internal adoption, consistency, and best practice.
- Monitor engagement and effectiveness of enablement initiatives, using feedback and insights to continuously improve learning experiences.
- Support the effective use and administration of internal enablement tools and platforms.
- Partner with the External Enablement Specialist to leverage external assets, avoid duplication, and align internal and external messaging.
- Adapt and contextualise enablement content for internal audiences to ensure relevance and usability.
- Create, maintain, and update internal enablement materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with internal processes and ways of working.
- Apply adult learning principles to deliver engaging, practical, and action‑oriented learning experiences. Qualifications
- Experience in enablement, learning & development, change management, or client education.
- Proven ability to design and deliver external learning content for diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
- Experience administering LMS platforms and e‑authoring tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and content accuracy.
- Experience working in SaaS, financial services, or technology‑enabled service environments (preferred).
