Senior School Administration Assistant (Melbourne)

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised Senior School Administration Assistant to join our City campus team. This part time position (0.6 FTE, with flexibility across 5 days) plays a vital role in supporting the smooth, day-to-day operations of the Senior School. Reporting to the Head of Senior School City, the successful candidate will provide high-level administrative and organisational support, ensuring the delivery of efficient and professional service across a range of school activities. Main responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Head of Senior School, including diary/email management, correspondence, meeting coordination, digital tools, and Reception coverage.
- Act as the central contact for students, staff, and families, managing enquiries, attendance, records, enrolments, orientation, and roster coordination.
- Coordinate events and logistics across the school year, including planning, communications, RSVPs, transport, and tours. About you As the Senior School Administration Assistant, you will:
- Bring experience in senior administration and PA roles, with advanced Microsoft Office skills and strong digital literacy across education platforms.
- Demonstrate organisation, proactivity, and a solutions-focused approach with excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, building strong stakeholder relationships and confidently supporting diverse backgrounds.
