Overview Join our high‑performing Child and Family Centres as Coordinator Early Years Hubs and bring your leadership experience to a role that makes a real impact. This full‑time position is based at Knox City Council Civic Centre, Wantirna South. Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate operational functions, including the implementation of effective systems, processes and practices.
- Ensure service delivery is compliant with legislative requirements, professional standards, Practice Assessment Frameworks, funding and service agreements.
- Provide leadership, guidance and support to teams, promoting continuous improvement through consultation, reflective practice and ongoing service review.
- Uphold Council's commitment to child safety, implementing the Child Safe Policy and Procedures, Victorian Child Safe Standards, Reportable Conduct Scheme and the Mandatory Reporting Scheme.
- Build collaboration and partnership across diverse services and organisations.
- Design and lead operational projects on time and to high standards.
- Produce high‑quality reports and deliver professional presentations to various audiences. Qualifications & Experience
- Professional leader with positive work behaviours, commitment to organisational values, emotional intelligence, sound judgement and influence to deliver change.
- Specialist knowledge of the early years service system, evidence‑based and integrated service delivery principles within legislative, policy, funding and service requirements.
- Experience overseeing multi‑site operations with a focus on operational excellence and financial sustainability.
- Ability to build collaboration and partnership across diverse services and organisations.
