The chance We've got a strong run of projects locked in for 2026–27 and we're expanding the construction team to deliver them. Our work spans everything from paving, concreting, and excavation to irrigation, lighting, planting, and all the hard landscape details in between. Who we're looking for Not your average landscaper. We want supremely skilled, clever problem solvers who can work on intricate designs. We want people who come with batteries: motivated, switched‑on, honest and reliable. Grow with us We're hiring for multiple roles, including Qualified/Experienced Landscapers and 2nd or 3rd Year Apprentices. What you'll be doing
- Building high‑end gardens from the ground up with an experienced crew
- Reading plans and delivering work to spec
- Hard landscape construction: crazy paving, off‑form concrete, retaining walls, excavation
- Installing irrigation, drainage and outdoor lighting
- Planting, turf and soft landscaping
- Working alongside designers, architects and other trades onsite What you'll need
- Qualified or Experienced Landscapers: trade qualification or industry experience
- Apprentices: 2–3 years' experience in residential landscape construction
- A track record of quality workmanship and genuine attention to detail
- Robust work ethic and the ability to pull your weight in a tight team
- Current white construction card
- Current car licence required – any reliable car is suitable for the vehicle requirements
