As a Sleep Coach, you’ll support customers on their sleep health journey in a professional, purpose-driven retail setting.

The role Based in our Mitcham clinic, you’ll be the face of ResMed — delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting positive outcomes and achieving sales results.

You’ll:
- Welcome customers, understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Achieve individual and store sales targets in a supportive team setting
- Maintain store presentation, merchandising and stock control
- Build product knowledge through structured training
- Follow up with customers to build trust and long-term relationships
- Manage POS transactions, administration and equipment care

About you

You’re motivated, people-focused and enjoy helping others while achieving results.

You’ll bring:
- Experience in retail or customer service
- A sales-driven mindset balanced with empathy and care
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to stay calm and solutions-focused in a busy environment
- Confidence working toward goals or KPIs

Nice to have: healthcare, pharmacy or medical experience (not essential)
