Role Summary Communication & Technical Coach – Melbourne, VIC (12-month secondment). Utilize technical expertise and commitment to customer service to prepare case managers for a successful career in Personal Injury – VIC WorkSafe scheme. Key Responsibilities
- Implement and facilitate onboarding and case manager program.
- Provide one-on-one coaching to assist employees in achieving goals with a customer‑focused approach.
- Research, develop, implement, and maintain programs to meet organisational and business needs.
- Use modern learning design techniques to innovate and build a learning culture through fit‑for‑purpose design methodologies.
- Work closely with and maintain robust business partnerships with internal stakeholders. Qualifications
- Experience in claims management and solid technical knowledge within personal injury, ideally in the VIC WorkSafe scheme.
- Previous experience in a training, coaching or facilitation role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence both face to face and virtually.
- Strong interpersonal skills; can confidently engage and support individuals in communication and technical domains.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and preparedness to work in a dynamic environment, responding to change, emerging risks, and project challenges while achieving deadlines.
- Ability to partner and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to establish strong professional relationships and influence outcomes.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite.
