Our client is a global healthcare diagnostics organisation supporting laboratories and healthcare providers across Australia and New Zealand. They are seeking a Finance & Operations/Supply Chain Administrator to join their ANZ team in a broad and varied role spanning finance, supply chain, customer administration, and operational support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple functions, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a collaborative environment. About the Role Reporting to the Finance & Supply Chain Manager, you will support the day-to-day financial and operational activities of the business, including:
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable administration
- Month-end reporting and general ledger support
- Budgeting and forecasting assistance
- Customer invoicing and ERP system maintenance
- Inventory, logistics, and supply chain administration
- Coordination with third-party logistics providers
- Reporting and data analysis using Excel
- Audit and compliance support
- Customer and internal stakeholder enquiries About You To be successful, you will ideally bring:
- Degree qualifications in Accounting
- 3 years' experience in finance, operations, or supply chain administration
- Experience supporting month-end close activities
- Strong understanding of AR, AP, and general ledger processes
- Advanced Excel skills
- ERP experience (Infor M3 highly regarded)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience within healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or another regulated industry will be highly regarded. What's on Offer
