About the Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to assist the Head Pastry Chef with the daily operations of the dessert section. You will be responsible for ensuring your section runs efficiently and to the highest standards. As a key team member, you will bring energy, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic to the kitchen, maintaining a high level of professionalism and quality in all tasks. The Ideal Candidate Must Have
- Demonstrated experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in an a-la-carte restaurant
- Resilient and able to perform in high‑pressure service periods
- Robust work ethic and a “can do” attitude
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day‑to‑day operations
- Excellent attention to detail
- Calm and composed demeanour
