Officer (CEO) in driving the effectiveness of Frontier’s overall business, by providing a diverse range of organisational and administrative fu nctions Prepare the CEO for meetings through high-quality briefings, agendas and supporting m aterials Performing key administrative tasks such as managing the CEO’s diary a nd emails Undertake research and information gathering activities in support of the CEO. This is a significant element of the role and will include the coordination and compilation of presentations, business cases, briefing packs and business/Board paper s/reports. Acting as an access point for the CEO for key informat ional flows Complete administrative tasks including managing the CEO’s diary and emails, drafting documents, proof reading, booking travel, reconciling credit c ard expenses Provide secretariat support, including minute-taking and tracking of actions a nd decisions. Knowledge/Ski lls/Experience Proven experience supporting a senior executive in a com plex environment Experience supporting Board, Leadership Team and executive governance processes, including agendas, papers, minutes an d action tracking Strong ability to manage competing priorities, exercise initiative and operate with a high degree of autonomy Sound judgement, professionalism and discretion in handling confidential an d sensitive matters Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to prepare polished briefings, presentations, correspondence a nd meeting materials Robust stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across senior internal and external stakeholders Strong process and document management capability, including forward planning, workflow coordination, records managemen t and version control.
