Your New Role You’ll lead the evolution of our end‑to‑end strategy‑to‑execution system, designing the mechanisms, rhythms and standards that enable consistent, high‑quality delivery across the organisation. Leading a high‑performing, multi‑disciplinary team (Delivery Assurance, Capability, Coaching and AI Enablement), you’ll operate as both a strategic architect and hands‑on enabler, driving uplift in how we plan, fund, deliver and measure value. What you’ll be accountable for:
- Design and evolve Aware’s enterprise strategy‑to‑execution system, ensuring strategy, funding, governance and delivery are connected and driving measurable outcomes
- Set the strategic direction for the Transformation Enablement Practice, leading a multi‑disciplinary team across delivery assurance, capability, coaching and AI enablement
- Lift enterprise delivery performance and predictability by embedding consistent planning rhythms, governance models and delivery standards
- Drive enterprise agility and operating model uplift, coaching senior leaders and removing systemic constraints to improve flow and execution speed
- Enable AI‑driven transformation at scale, establishing practical, responsible AI‑enabled delivery practices across the organisation
