- Proven experience delivering major HVAC or mechanical building services projects ($5M+ in Australia, NZ or the UK).
- Deep understanding and experience working for mechanical HVAC contractors.
- Strong commercial acumen – budgets, forecasting, and client relationships.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team development skills.
- Ability to work alongside a diverse group in a friendly, fun and respectful way.
- Proactivity.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline preferred.
