- Liaising with tenants and landlords
- Conducting Entry, Exit, and Routine Inspections
- Coordinating repairs & maintenance
- Managing arrears
- Performing rent and lease reviews
- Using cloud-based property management software About You
- Minimum 12 months of experience in Property Management
- Current QLD Certificate of Registration
- Robust attention to detail and time management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled presentation and a reliable work ethic
