Primary Details Job Title: Assistant Underwriter – Construction Location: Melbourne or Sydney Job Type: Full time, Permanent, Hybrid Role: Entry‑level support for construction underwriting team. Responsibilities
- Support the Underwriting Team with recent business and existing policy updates and renewals.
- Work within service standards and delegated authorities.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with customers, intermediaries and internal stakeholders.
- Deliver timely decisions and problem‑solving solutions for customers and intermediaries. Qualifications & Skills
- Accuracy in reviewing applications and processing documentation.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Collaborative approach to teamwork and delivering professional service.
