Senior Property Manager (Melbourne)

Job ID: Posted: 26-Nov-2025 Location: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Salary: A$160,000.00–A$240,000.00 We are seeking an experienced Senior Property/Commercial Manager to join our Property Management team and play a pivotal role in managing a Premium Grade asset in Melbourne’s CBD, scheduled for Practical Completion in 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a landmark project from the ground up, working closely with the General Manager and site team to deliver exceptional outcomes for our client and tenants. Your initial focus will include budget preparation, tenant onboarding, lease administration, financial management, and reporting, ensuring best-in-class processes are implemented from day one. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate monthly reports and annual business plans aligned with owner objectives.
- Prepare and monitor cash flow budgets; manage financial transactions and debt collection.
- Maintain tenancy schedules and ensure compliance with lease terms.
- Liaise with tenants on lease administration, renewals, rent reviews, and negotiations.
- Oversee insurance, statutory assessments, and risk management. Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial property management, ideally on Premium assets.
- Strong knowledge of leases, deal analysis, negotiations, and financial management.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex tasks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
- Certificate of Registration required; tertiary qualifications in property preferred. Benefits & Perks
