Location: Bayswater, VIC Company: Bach Commercial Pty Ltd About the Role This is a hands‑on operations role, in the office, in the factory, and out on site. We're looking for an experienced operational leader to take ownership of project delivery and day‑to‑day operations across the Projects, Installations, Manufacturing and Logistics teams, whilst playing a key role within our Leadership Team. You've been here before, leading teams in fast‑paced operational environments, driving accountability, creating alignment, and ensuring projects run smoothly from planning through to delivery. This role requires someone who communicates clearly, leads confidently, and steps in early to resolve issues before they escape escalation. What You'll Be Experienced In
- Commercial construction including compliance and financials
- Trade or installation environments
- Manufacturing linked to projects and site works
- Commercial construction experience is essential and takes priority over other industry backgrounds for this position. What You'll Be Responsible For
- Leading operations across Projects, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Installations
- Driving accountability and performance across Project Managers, Contract Administrators, Manufacturing and Delivery teams
- Driving projects on time and within budget
- Identifying issues early and resolving them quickly
- Managing workloads, priorities, and operational planning across departments
- Running structured operational meetings and improving communication flow
- Supporting the GM with operational visibility, reporting, and execution
- Improving and simplifying systems and processes where needed.
