Project Manager - SAP SuccessFactors (Melbourne)

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – SAP SuccessFactors to lead an onsite, onshore implementation engagement. This role is accountable for end‑to‑end project delivery, working closely with implementation partners and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation partner delivery team across all project phases
- Own and manage the end-to‑end project delivery , including scope, schedule, budget, governance, risks, and issues
- Develop, maintain, and manage the integrated delivery schedule
- Coordinate cross-stream delivery activities and dependencies
- Proactively manage delivery risks, issues, and mitigation plans
- Ensure the quality, completeness, and timely delivery of all implementation deliverables
- Lead implementation governance , reporting, and stakeholder communications
- Manage vendor obligations, performance, and contractual deliverables
- Support cutover planning, go‑live, and hypercare execution Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on SAP SuccessFactors implementations
- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and deployment methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stream projects in an onsite environment
- Experience working with system integrators and vendors
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
- Robust risk, issue, and dependency management capabilities
