This is a highly visible, hands‑on role whereyou’llinfluence safety across a complex retail and real estate portfolio.You’llwork closely with senior leaders and operational teams, gaining exposure across both on‑the‑ground operations and corporate environments. Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialist WHS advice and support to stakeholders across the Real Estate business.
- Support the delivery and continuous improvement of WHS strategy, systems, and frameworks.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments across operational and development environments.
- Lead and support incident investigations and ensure effective close‑out of actions.
- Monitor and manage WHS risks across high‑traffic environments involving contractors, tenants, and the public.
- Partner with teams to embed best practice contractor safety management across projects and operations.
- Deliver WHS training, coaching, and awareness initiatives to uplift capability across the business.
- Contribute to reporting, insights, and WHS performance updates for senior stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships across the business to drive engagement and a proactive safety culture. About You
- Proven experience in a senior WHS advisory role, ideally within retail, property, construction, or similar operational environments.
- Experience working in high‑traffic, public‑facing assets and comfortable working on‑site regularly, not just office‑based, with flexibility for occasional interstate travel.
- Strong working knowledge of Australian WHS legislation, standards, and risk management practices.
- Experience across audits and investigations.
- Robust stakeholder engagement skills, confident partnering with operations daily.
- Proven ability to influence, coach and embed safety culture.
- Highly organised with strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
