Europcar has an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our VIC and TAS team on a full time basis. This position will be based in Melbourne with regular site visits within the VIC and TAS network and interstate. As a Learning & Development Coordinator you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our VIC and TAS team and enhancing a culture of excellence in ancillary sales and customer service. - Onboarding new employees, training in systems, rental operations and any other changes in operations procedures.
- Deliver high-quality, targeted training that enhances the customer experience and supports business growth targets
- Partner with L&D; and HR teams to ensure training needs and learning outcomes are reflected in the design and development of learning programs
- Use Workday Learning to assign, track, and report on training completion, ensuring compliance and accurate learning records
- Support employees and leaders in using Workday Learning, including troubleshooting access issues and guiding them through learning pathways
- Assist with the updating of policies and procedures and tracking and readership of policies and procedures as required.
- Work with the L&D; team to support ongoing development, including reviewing and creating content and driving eLearning completion across VIC and TAS
- Generate and analyse Workday learning reports to provide insights on training uptake, compliance, and capability gaps To be considered for this position you should possess:
- Minimum two (2) years' sales and coaching experience
- A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or related qualification
- Experience with Workday Learning is highly desirable
- Previous experience managing staff is an advantage
- Passion to work with people and develop their capabilities
- Excellent writing skills and communication skills
- Ability to develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders and to build solid partnerships
- Ability to work autonomously (with minimal supervision) and use initiative
- A current and valid Driver's Licence (full licence) is essential
