We are currently seeking an Electronics Engineer to join our Engineering Team. About us As a result of our ongoing growth and success, Crossmuller is seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to join our Engineering team. This is a full time position working Monday to Friday. Key responsibilities will include:
- Programming and commissioning of new projects and equipment using a variety of programming systems (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Telemecanique, Omron and Beckoff)
- HMI and/or SCADA design and implementation
- Upgrade of existing manufacturing systems and applications
- Assist in the maintenance of existing systems until upgrade process is complete
- Lead and/or participate in business improvement projects
- Work closely with IT and electrical department in the integration of data between ERP, MES and WMS
- Providing assistance with technical faults, troubleshooting and project improvements To be considered for this role you will have:
- Relevant technical qualifications in Electronics Engineering in the Automation and Manufacturing fields
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Advanced experience in Eplan Cad design
- Experience in AutoCAD Electrical (an advantage)
- The ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Knowledge of Siemens, Allen Bradley and SEW equipment
- Experience in design drafting to Australian Standards and Codes of Practice
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to communicate and work effectively within a team workplace
