With an established residential sales presence and a growing Property Management division, they are now seeking an experienced Property Manager to play a pivotal role in the next stage of the business' growth. The Opportunity You will take ownership of a well maintained residential portfolio while working closely with leadership to further develop and refine the Property Management division. From systems and processes through to client experience and operational structure, your input will be highly valued. The business operates with a strong focus on quality service over volume, allowing you to build genuine long term relationships with both landlords and tenants, rather than simply managing transactions. Key Responsibilities
- Managing a residential portfolio end-to-end
- Building solid relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conducting routine inspections and preparing detailed reports
- Coordinating maintenance requests proactively and efficiently
- Managing lease renewals and rent reviews
- Handling VCAT matters when required
- Ensuring full compliance with Victorian tenancy legislation
- Assisting in the ongoing development of systems, procedures and service standards
- Supporting the continued growth of the Property Management division About You The successful candidate will be a confident and relationship driven Property Manager who enjoys taking ownership and contributing to the growth of a business. You will bring:
- Minimum 2 years experience in Property Management
- Current Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate
- Strong understanding of Victorian tenancy legislation
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- High level organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive and solutions focused approach
