- Hybrid working with two days working from home each week.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Statistics, or a related field, or proven experience in compensation and benefits or data analysis.
- Proven experience in data analysis and remuneration data management.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Detail‑oriented with a commitment to delivering exceptional quality and value to clients.
- Commercial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
- People management experience: experience leading and mentoring junior team members is preferred. Advantages
