- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
- Build strong customer relationship through regular face‑to‑face meetings, identifying needs, showcasing product offerings, and negotiating sales agreements.
- Monitor and leverage competitor insights and customer feedback to identify and unlock growth opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to management and customers as required.
- Deliver against key sales KPIs. Travel Requirements You will be responsible for visiting customers and other stakeholders to build relationships and drive sales growth.
- We value face‑to‑face interactions with our customers, and your current unrestricted driver's license will enable you to visit them effectively.
- You will be expected to plan and manage your travel schedule efficiently to maximise productivity and meet sales targets.
- Attending conferences and participating in sales meetings. Package includes a fully maintained company vehicle, phone and tablet. What will make you successful? As a brand ambassador for our market leading portfolio of products, we are looking for:
- Food Service and Field Sales experience preferred ideally in FMCG.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Plan and manage your travel schedule efficiently to maximise productivity and meet sales targets.
- Outgoing, approachable, and passionate about sales, as you manage the business relationships.
- Knowledge of MS Office & PowerBI.
- This position requires a valid Full Driver’s License.
