You’ll advise on complex, high-value taxation matters spanning both public and private transactions, significant ATO audits and disputes, and tax structuring for private groups and high-net-worth individuals. The work is deeply strategic and intellectually challenging, combining commercial tax advice with the technical precision required for intricate corporate and trust structures. This is a collaborative, multi-partner team known for its technical excellence, intellectual rigour, and close client relationships. You’ll work closely with nationally recognised Partners known for their depth of expertise and practical, commercial approach.
