Professional Engineer - Civil & Highways (Melbourne)

Skilled Engineer
- Civil & Highways Full‑time position based in Melbourne, VIC (Collins Square) with a hybrid work model. Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of transport, highway infrastructure, and civil projects from concept to detailed design and construction phase services.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across civil, drainage, and utilities functions.
- Assist in meeting project timelines, technical requirements, and delivery objectives.
- Manage day‑to‑day project coordination and support stakeholder communication activities.
- Contribute to cross‑business team needs including energy, water, defence, and others. Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in transport infrastructure, highways, civil, or utilities projects.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Adaptable, collaborative team player with effective communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Construction delivery knowledge and understanding.
- Knowledge of ITS design.
- Familiarity with engineering and design software such as CAD, 12d, OpenRoads, or Civil 3D is advantageous. Benefits
