You will collaborate withournational BIM team andthe broader design team to produce coordinated BIM models and detailed documentation across all project stages.Using Revit,you'llmodel complexmechanicalsystems including. You'll support project delivery from concept to construction, ensuring model accuracy, constructability, and compliance with BIM standards andbuildingregulations, while also implementing andmaintainingBIM workflows, contributing to digital coordination, and supporting clash detection processes. In addition,you'llassistin developing andmaintainingBIM execution plans specific tomechanicalsystems on complex project, ensuring alignment with client and industry standards.You'llalsoparticipatein design reviews and coordination meetings, actively contributing to the improvement of digital delivery outcomes. - Experience:8+ years as aSeniorBIM Designer in building services, ideally withinmechanicalengineeringbackground.Previousexposure to complex infrastructure projects will be highly regarded.
- Technical skills:Proficiencyin Revit is essential; experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Forma (Autodesk Construction Cloud) is a plus.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Australian Standards, NCC, and criticalmechanicalsystems in large-scale or mission-critical facilities.
- Attention to detail: A strong eye for documentation quality, design intent, and model integrity.
